@wisemage0 It isn't wishful thinking and modern people generally despise looking at AI art. Ai isn't replacing art. The main issue with current models is that there is no intentionality with the design of the output. A prompt can only say so much. So while potentially pretty, the end product wasn't made with any control and therefore doesnt have much of a purpose, whether thats for storytelling or a comission. Additionally, Ai can never surpass the quality of its input data. I guess the largest impact of AI art was making the internet shittier and especially google images much shittier.
