@natzbarney4504 AI systems are indeed designed with specific purposes by humans (while natural selection is a purposeless process), and their frameworks are built using deterministic code. The learning processes too is guided by deterministic code. Objectives are set during design and training. The training process is guided but not deterministic, hence it can go out of control and—at least so far—doesn't allow the degree of accuracy that industrial applications usually require.
Hence we have a financial bubble risk...
