@thewannabecritic7490 Iirc using art without permission for ai is kinda legal or more in the gray area, with problems arising moreso from models generating something too close to something what already exists and the overall "is ai art even subject to being given copyright over?"
Not a legal expert by any means and, as an indie artist, can't really do anything about ai art even if it's illegal for them to use my stuff - copyright was meant to favor big corporations above all after all
