@JustHerefortheLolz-again I think some cameras already do this? I know mine (which isn't stock firmware but an open source version) you have to specifically enable a QR/barcode scan mode, then it reads back the text in a pop up automatically. If it's a web link it's easy enough to tap to go to whatever link, but it at least requires a user prompt there and isn't a way for it to automatically go to any kind of app or feature to exploit without first going through that user prompt.
