So, you basically overthought yourself into emotion, using the cultural training you've received. As enough time passes people will develop similar sensibilities around generated art as well. All the "artistic" arguments you people are giving remind exactly of the painters of yore moaning about photography. There is nothing wrong with AI art. It is a perfectly legitimate artistic medium. AI art is art and those who use AI to create art are artists, too. The problem lies in the economics of the art industry. With any technological progress comes a transition period filled with economic stress and job insecurity for those who work in the older field. That's where the ethical question lies. How are the communities, the industry and the governments going to protect the interests of the workers against the pressures of the industry so that technological progress happens inclusive of everyone, so that common people don't become collateral?
