What does Trump's plan have to do with forcing you to do anything with AI? If you don't want to use AI, then don't. Trump's policy is to make one consistent policy for the entire country. How would giving each state its own power to control AI help America at large? It wouldn't. It would just add layers of bs, and taxation, to every use of AI.
