IMO, anything other than "some AI supporters are reacting badly, therefore some are not reasonable people" is invalid since it falsely implies a monolith of identity over a group of people who fall into various positions -from being "supporting it, and screw the consequences," to "there might be btter ways to go about it, but the tech itself isn't bad in theory."
