He could swear that aura was still talking, but he couldnt make out what he was saying, then he drifted into a deep sleep. Aura watched as Elias fell asleep. He administered the final injection and made his way to the terminal. A pre recorded message began playing automatically. "Aura this test is high priority, be extra careful with this one. We will need to be quick if want to get the feed up and on the wall. Regulate the electric pulses to the body's seizures making sure not to pulse any higher than 5 nanovolts for 1millisecond pulses and never during a seizure. You got it" the video froze. "All settings have been updated and your instructions are clear, is there anything else youd like to add before we begin the procedure?" The image defragmented into a new one. Elias looked much more annoyed now. "I said be quick about this aura, yes, begin." The video ended. "Sheesh even prerecorded hes touchy" said aura as he began to turn on the projector and the electrode pulse actuator. "Now lets see if we can record a nightmare!" Aura pressed a button and the electrodes began firing microshocks into elias unconscious mind. He began twitching, his subconscious seemed discomforted, and he started wincing in his sleep. Then, he began to scream, still asleep. Aura watched as the projector displayed an image of Elias dream on the wall in front of him. He was in a dark forest, misty and barely illuminated. Elias screamed louder and louder as the image on the wall appeared to be running from something. On screen, Elias turned around. Aura was taken aback, he couldnt feel fear, but yet sometging about this creature disturbef him deeply. Then the creature swiped at elias with long razor sharp claws. Elias real body screamed in agony as the claw ripped through the skin of his right arm. "This is what humans call a Nightmare? Thank goodness Im not human, this beast is horrifying. What kinds of things run through your mind elias?" As he looked at his unconsious friend he noticed that elias right arm was bleeding, in the real world and on the projection. Aura began to panic. "Abort protocol! Abort protocol! Abort protocol!" He rushed chanting as he grabbed another serum designed to wake up Elias in case anything went awry. As quickly and safely as he could he injected the serum, and Elias woke with a large gasp for breath. After calming down and waking up he asked "Why did you stop the experiment" Aura simply pointed at Elias' arm. He saw the blood dripping from the cut he just got from his dream. "Oh."
