Eh. I don't like this whole "times are changing, just accept it bro" argument because while indeed times are always changing, they do not always do so for the best. "Progress" is subjective and not a linear process throughout history. We can either unlock an utopia or a dystopia with this new technology depending on how things take course in the long run. Or an "utopian dystopia" like in the case of the humans from Wall-E, which honestly seems like the more probable general path with AI becoming too good.
