As a lawyer, if my job gets automated - great. That will be one of the best things that can happen. And hopefully it will happen sooner rather than later. Being butthurt because your job is getting automated is just silly, and fighting against automation is just straight up ridiculous. What, should we ban robots in the workplaces, and replace them back with the third worlders? Art was never a stable career opportunity, only the best and luckiest could really succeed. And in that sense, nothing changes.
The AI can train on publicly available data. It can be trained on purchased data. It's not a problem at all. It being trained on stuff you can find online isn't even necessarily illegal, and certainly not immoral. After all, it is free to watch.
You can't steal ideas, styles or identity. You can only copy them. And you can't copyright them.
