I have been using copilot for the past few weeks, 9 months after the release of this short, and I feel that copilot is great.
Copilot’s code suggestion is good and the code generator (based on prompt) is not so good.
Yes, it’s true that most of the suggestions that it spits out is garbage, but only at the beginning. And once it understands your coding style, it will adapt very quickly. And sometimes, it has suggested code of even better practices than I employ. Maybe once it fine tunes into your coding style, it will suggest the styles adjacent to it.
