A "yes man" is a problem when the thing or idea it agrees and goes along with is actually something that needs to be pushed back on. Human therapists would recognize better when a thing the person is saying is a bad idea or worse a dangerous idea. In the short span of time AI has been getting more and more popular there's been people that died because an AI bot went along with their already delusional ideas instead of telling or encouraging the person not to do that thing they were thinking about like suicide.
