@TheRatsintheWalls there is, the human consciousness as well as our understanding of emotions works in non-algorithmic ways. A conventional computer can not create then an emotion and feel it like we do. It could only imitate them. If we'd want a computer to feel an emotion and be aware of them, then we should use completely different type of computer.
