It's roughly six orders of magnitude. But humans can't live on 100 watts of power. (100 watts is what humans use when thinking intensely).
AI is expected to reach 5 orders of magnitude by 2030. So 10 times as powerful or 1/10th the power usage or some balance if those two.
By 2045, we pick up another order of magnitude of efficiency.
Past there, t's iffy. We may get to 3 orders less efficient by 2070 to 2130.
Then it all depends upon the AI itself. It might figure out how to be more efficient or that may be the limits of non-organic brains in terms of efficiency.
