@curious_one1156 when did I claim the algorithm was good? Yeah, it produces biased results, and needs to be improved. My problem with this video is how they falsely presented the bias as the result of discrimination (by humans).
Anyway, yeah no kidding, there are techniques that help mitigate bias, but you're fooling yourself if you think the companies using these algorithms didn't implement them. Besides, eliminating bias is an ongoing unsolved problem, so it's not like these techniques are perfect.
