@silverg-i8iMainly because as a program, AI isn’t creating something new so much as mashing so many pieces together that it becomes impossible to tell what original pieces are used.
There’s also usage issues, as many AI are trained on art that they wouldn’t have the rights to had the program makers not gotten in on it fast enough. Just because nobody considered it a possible type of theft before the theft occurred, doesn’t exonerate, ya get me?
