@stephaneduhamel7706 they are. This has been said a million times, and I needs to be said a million times more it seems; Generating an image doesn’t make you an artist. It makes you a commissioner.
Does someone commissioning an artist to make them a work of art make them the artist?
Does requesting a customized meal from a restaurant make them a chef?
Does requesting a customized picture from a photographer make them the photographer?
Does editing a creative medium (books, paintings, sculptures etc.) make them the original creator?
Does requesting an image from an advanced algorithm trained on the data of millions of unwilling and unplayed participants may them an artist?
