No it is a question of common sense. Transformative use of sb elses work has never been a copyright issue (and is a common practice among artists might i add). It was only a question of time until we advance in how to create artwork. And lets be fucking honest here, if you cant compete against the massproduction of basic drawings, even on the current level of AIs...maybe you just suck at your job. Because if you want to, you can not only adapt but also use the AI as an artist yourself.
You know what would happen if AI takes over areas of our jobs as doctors in the hospitals? We would cheer, open a bottle of wine and finally turn to tasks that we didnt have time for till now.
