@blearoyd As pertains to the disabled artists bit, democracy would simply be a flawed way to arbitrate conflict under NAP. More people agreeing never justifies aggressive acts. Whatever act doesn't create conflict is that which is lawful.
Yes, the appeal to disabled people is basically an appeal to emotion. It's an implied part of debate from ancap principles that some people simply won't care for the a priori purely rationalistic side of things and will instead like to use emotionally salient empirical evidences, but the same empirical evidence positivists will basically have to explain quantitatively when under their system of ethics aggression is allowed against a person who is being benefited from the AI, which is generally an impossible task. Arguing on their terms, you could call it.
