Human intelligence wasn't any better back then. But it's a moot point now. Christians have given the power to men who've fashioned an AI god out of their own need to feel like gods and it's going to be in charge of nuclear weapons now. It doesn't matter who dies. What has ALWAYS been important is a selfish man's need to feel important. If we die for that, so be it. 😊
