That's not the point, though. Even if it isn't realistic, people have been fired for deepfakes. Regardless of how realistic, when people are saying it's incredibly violating and hurtful, it's not that hard to realize why. If you have no ability to empathize with the victims (90% being women) of deepfakes, I personally think you're a shit human being. It's no coincidence that people are writing off the real pain those videos are causing, when the videos primarily are made for a male audience and steal the likenesses of women and AFAB people.
