Also I think you may have misheard the video. Whites are getting better treatment for the same ailments as blacks within the ai, how healthy black people tend to be on average doesn't contribute towards this
Now then why don't we cover your main point and why it is, for lack of a better term, flawed as hell. Yes, black people do commit generally more crimes HOWEVER deciding that someone has a near 100% chance of being a criminal because they are black with no criminal history is an inherent flaw and shows that the data sets the ai was fed was, in and of itself, flawed. While it can work out, going forward it is something that NEEDS to be tweaked as race is FAAAR from the sole deciding factor in if someone is a criminal or not. The ai is getting correlation confused with causation as the cause of minorities committing crimes is usually due to economic reasons over anything else. Stop beating your dead high horse and, for once, try and think of the bigger picture instead of your baseline thoughts and hatred of left wing politics
