Because ai art uses other peoples art as a source, taking peoples hard work without asking just to churn out slop. Corporations and large companies are using ai art in replacement of real artists because it doesnt cost anything, putting actual people out of work then using their work to produce the free stuff. Plus all the energy consumed to run ai databases is terrible for the enviroment
