@Bbbboy-vx1mq Well, the elite like nice things, like stone walls and brick walls. Plumbing is an intricate thing if you've ever tried it. Even in a modular setting you still have to set up the framework and then get in there and install the necessary pipes. it's very meticulous work. There are so many variables like that in many trades. Weather will be a factor for AI and so northern climates. I just can't see AI working during a winter storm. it may come but not for a long time. They may well decide that the way we live is just too complex and just eliminate that complexity.
