I wouldn't call myself a programmer since I only just started my CS degree and I don't mean to make fun of this guy but this is just ridiculous. This man doesn't know integer division, doesn't know the difference between a list and a tuple, doesn't know how to make a class inherit from a parent class. These are bare-bones fundamentals of any programming language that you can learn from an x hour youtube video tutorial, like from BroCode for example (which i'm doing). And even if his college or university failed him in terms of education quality, if you are trying to be a programmer aren't you even curious what are the core functions of the language you are using? You're deploying AI models but you don't know how to open a file?
