Im gonna be honest. I had those problems even before ai. I got into final rounds at Google, Microsoft and boa only to not get the job in the end. It has NEVER been easy to be a developer. I now work as a programmer for an air conditioning company, and am doing the jobs of 6 previous developers. I work 6 days a week up to 12 hour days. I do get paid hourly, and 60 dollars-90 dollars is the pay.
