Nope AI can't create new Art styles since it's only trained for already existing ones.
AI "art" isn't really art since it can't incorporate emotions into the pieces (you learn pretty early on that when analysing art you always have to look at the person who creates it. what he was feeling what time he was living in and what struggles he was facing) with AI you can't do that.
And if you actually only view art as this commercial product which the quality should only be based on how many people see it. I honestly feel bad for you. Art is most of the time not something that is supposed to be super successful Most artists create art because they like creating art.
