I have no idea how the legal standing of that is, but there's a difference with using AI for tramsformation of inputs vs producing inputs. If you turn words into images or music through AI then you're basically using it as you would a contractor. If you're using by sending midi input or taking an original image and putting a smart filter on it, that's a fundamentally different relationship to the output.
