what makes us human is our conscious experience and it dose reasonable to say that it is due to a certain pattern of neuron firing if we replicate it that means we the AI will be "human" and what if it creates art then dose it satisfy your criteria (and the work produced now is good just needs to smooth out like a few rough patches) it will be better in future deal with it and you are a machine too but made of oxygen hydrogen carbon rather than silicone
