The problem is there are two kinds of people with ai which breaks up into 4 categories. There are people that think AI is used to do everything for the user and there are those that want to learn from AI. If you are for or against ai these separate opinions give another two different categories each. The negative ai used for everything people tend to think it makes bad code and illiterate coders. The positive ai used for all people are illiterate coders with bad code.
The negative ai used to learn people have a realistic but possibly overstated concern for ai and then there are people like me that are positive about learning from AI.
Simply put, break it down piece by piece, learn tk problem solve on your own, get ai to create the simple code. Learn the syntax from that code and if needed read the documentation to see it's full operation then go on to the next piece of your project and do the steps all over again. Copilot is so good at teaching but it's up to you to use it appropriately.
