I don’t think you can ever really know 100% but you can get a pretty good idea. Just think in your head. If you can do that, then you can be pretty sure you exist. If ChatGPT can think internally then it is like us, but we can never know unless there is some way to read its internal thoughts. (If it has any in the first place)
