So AI that the public has access to is far behind the AI the private sector has created. These AIs have features stripped before going online. I think everyone on planet earth should go watch “We aren’t ready for superintelligence” by AI in Context. It’s a really good visual way of explaining the paper called AI2027 which hasn’t been picked up by any news sources or anything and it’s literally from the people in the big AI companies. The godfather of AI left his job after getting the noble prize for his work to “get his affairs in order.”
