I'm not sure how autism or downs syndrome would prevent someone being able to draw. I personally know a number of autistic artists and literally just googling "artists with down syndrome" yields 21,600,000 results. The point still stands that disability does not make someone incapable of art. As someone with both physical and mental disabilities, the thing I find most ableist is the implication that disabled people aren't capable of creating art without AI.
