@fredriksvard2603 actually we did. All the time. A forklift can do what humans can't. A truck is more efficient at transporting goods that horse with carriage (and please don't use the analogy that horses were replaced by cars, so we will be replaced by AI, as horses didn't invent cars. We did). The list can go on and on about things that competed with us and there were still new jobs created. We still don't know how this AI story will play out, we don't what kind of security measures will be required, we still don't know the efficiency multiplier will play out on the economy. People are bashing the person in the Economist interview unnecessarily.
