I don't think so. We don't see ants as cancer - they're needed part of the our nature. Second - think about environmental damage ai causes every damn day to create some random funny pictures or crappy music, planet Earth can't handle it in the long term. Third - you have all the power to not use it at all, I personally don't use it (unless it's integrated in the core app system, but that's already been there for a while).
