My thoughts are
You can not nor should not own a style. Let's assume someone is a realitively skilled artist. And they draw comics in the style of disney and its obviously not a disney trademark character or being passed off as a work of Walt it should be allowed.
As much as hate to say it this is what AI does and I would feel like a hypocrite if I say otherwise
