To be honest if it’s posted there is not much you can do…
You need to contact local authorities it’s illegal to make it and also legally SA in the US.
to report the content to the website. They legally have to take it down, you will probably have to set up a separate automated Content ID system you should be able to go through a website but it cost money.
Unfortunate that once it’s made and uploaded (unless it’s not popular) it’s already backed up somewhere
