Being anti-social and putting content up on the internet to intentionally poison AI because you have a narcissistic and possessive personality disorder isn't going to stop the development of AI.
What it's going to do is hasten its evolution, turn the rest of society against you, and anger people enough that they pass laws to criminalize your behavior.
Nobody is "stealing" your art, anymore than anyone was "stealing" music when the RIAA put out those ridiculous "you wouldn't steal a car" adverts back in the 2000s.
It's called copying, and if you put something up on the public internet and expect it to not be copied, that's a problem with you, not the AI.
