Neil has nothing to say about that. The world is controlled by money mostly and some government influences. Both will not significantly guardrail AI because it will slow down AI development. Our only hope that this point is a significant AI-induced catastrophy with a high-enough number of casualties that may make populations put in place some guardrails.
