Computer class teaches that programs are just commands and decisions. A decision box compares values. A command box just obeys. That is the grand machine: compare two numbers, then compare two more. It only follows rules. By the end of grade 11, you can almost debunk AI as well as a high school graduate. In grade 11, you can learn computers can only compare two numbers (not love hate, music or red). Then compare two more numbers.. At the most basic level, the computer is still following rules, processing NUMBERS, and comparing TWO NUMBERS at very high speed. So by the end of grade 11, a student can already see the basic point: computers do not “think” in the ordinary human sense. They execute instructions, evaluate conditions, and produce outputs.
