I don’t like that artists are trying to downgrade AI art due to ethical issues, because you’re trying to blockade humans from becoming an advanced civilization. It’s just like GMO, where ethical environmentalist restrict the growth of the technology just because they think it’s ethically wrong as some countries even banned the use of it. I would like the artists to look at the benefits rather than the negatives because that’s what usually happens when a technology is rendered unethical.
