Humans have been using AI's 'creative' ideas and solutions for a few decades now, but it's only getting better.
Like at chess, the easiest one to understand, AI has changed the playstyle of all players ever since Kasparov was taken over decades ago and the current chess scene you're seeing is just people working and practicing on AI's to get better.
It can absolutely create new ideas.
