AI is spreading very fast, how will it impact you in your specific example is just a guess that semi automated trucks will replace trucks where you will only be an assistant to guide the AI model ...and slowly it will get trained on your actual job. The other aspects and infra will also evolve to inculcate AI. So eventually it will take over
