Consciousness is clearly non-computable, just as various emerging AI phenomena have been. You're confusing what is computable with what is a product of computation. Even Yann Lecunn believes that consciousness is a product of the computability of the human brain. That does NOT mean it's computable. They are two extremely different things. If you don't understand that, you don't know what you're talking about.
