1. its search engine optimisation, it is a skill (maybe a skill that doesn't require a lot of talent) that has to get learnt in order to do it effectively, meaning that there is indeed things to learn.
2. if people can use it to carry out a particular function, then yes it is a tool.
3. that's why I said they are tools and not artists
these shouldn't be used as ways to create complete art pieces, rather used as references, mood boards, initial ideas, frameworks etc.. I by no means think that a person can create a valuable piece of art on these Ai, I do think that it is fascinating technology that we need to find a positive use for to boost our creativity and overall outcome.
