The difference is you’re supporting a computer with no conscience or passion that’s just compiling various artworks and adding no adaptation or personality vs an artist who has to learn, grow and put passion, emotion, and feeling into their artwork. When you say artists are also “stealing” from other artists I assume you mean they’re using a reference picture, which is completely different than what AI is doing, which is actually stealing. Artists who actually steal from other artists absolutely get crap for it, as they should. I guess it just depends on where your morals lie. To me, it’s absolutely stealing
