Besides terminal-to-terminal (which might work with automated trucks) most jobs just won't work, or at the very least will cost way more than just having a driver; tow trucks, septic trucks, distribution to small businesses, fuel carriers, garbage trucks, dump trucks where the road isn't even on the map yet, the list goes on and on and on....
The A-to-B stuff has been ruined for ages anyways with wages pushed through the floor.
