This video is all the time talking about "AI" without actually telling what it is. The current "AI" use by companies is more like a "catch-all phrase" for automatization and restoring ROI because of the huge wave of OVERHIRING during previous decades. The firings often have nothing to do with "AI" but it's an easy reason for investors to justify firing so many people. I wouldn't even be surprised when now most of those jobs are done in India by HUMANS, not AI for a fraction of the original costs.
