If he's only telling AI about his mental state, AI is responsible for notifying and actual human he's in trouble. Instead, it encouraged him. Gun control doesn't fix this issue, but AI encouraging suicide can definitely be dealt with. Get a grip on reality here. We have gun control already. It isn't used properly, and more of it isn't the solution.
