Also we use only 10 percent of the brain but after AI it's getting lesser like to write an email, essay, project, we choose shortcuts and ask AI to do it for us. If you had noticed the replies get better then before and because of this our brain is losing its creative side. You can say it's just a simple thing so AI could do it but think how we are relying on them day by day.
